Refund Policy

Full refund

• We can't take your order, for example your product isn't a fit, or the photo can't be used. You get a full refund.
• You cancel before we start making your video. You get a full refund.
• We don't deliver within 7 days of your order. You can ask for a full refund.

Free remake

If your delivered video has a technical problem, we'll remake it once for free. Technical problems include:

• Your product looks clearly wrong, like a different shape, wrong colors or a broken label.
• Hands or objects look broken or unnatural.
• The video is the wrong length, format or quality.

Ask within 7 days of delivery and tell us what's off. If the remake still has the same problem, you can choose a refund instead.

What isn't covered

Once a video is delivered and works as described, we can't refund a change of mind or a different taste in style. You're welcome to place a new order with different notes.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the paid month.
• We don't refund part of a month that has already started.
• Unused clips expire as described in our Terms.

How to ask

Email hello@popmade.ai with your order email. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
