We collect as little as we can, and we delete your photos on a schedule.

What we collect

• Order details: your email, the product photo you upload, and any notes you add.
• Payment details: handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data: standard server logs from our host (Cloudflare), such as IP address and browser type, for security.

We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To make and deliver your video.
• To reply to you and handle remakes or refunds.
• To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run PopMade:

• Polar: payments, invoices and tax.
• Cloudflare: hosting, email forwarding and security.
• AI generation providers, such as Google: to create the video from your photo. Your photo is sent to them only for your order.

How long we keep it

• Product photos and finished videos: deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Order and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Emails: kept while needed to support your order.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@popmade.ai and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
